Amazon might launch ebook reader app for Apple iPhones today
Amazon had recently announced their plans to support third party platforms with their ebooks.
The company is expected to launch today a new mobile application for Apple iPhones.
This application would enable the owners of iPhones and iPod Touch to purchase and read ebooks from Amazon.
The mobile app is also likely to include the company’s Whisper Sync technology which enables the reader to pick up where they left off.
Amazon has their own ebook reader device named Kindle. The company had recently launched the second generation version named Amazon Kindle 2.
