MySpace losing senior executives including Amit Kapur
Social networking service MySpace is losing some senior executives.
The COO of of MySpace, Amit Kapur is one of them who is leaving the company to join an undisclosed startup.
Senior Vice President of Engineering Jim Benedetto and Senior vice President of Product Strategy Steve Pearman are also leaving the company.
MySpace CEO Chris DeWolfe confirmed these new developments in a message: “Personally, I’m incredibly excited to see what this team creates together and wish them the best of luck as they transition from helping run a company to building a new one. Most importantly, Amit, Jim and Steve depart as great friends of MySpace and of our senior executive team.”
Kapur, Benedetto and Pearman would remain members of the company board for the meantime.
