Indian Space Research Organization aims for the Sun with mission Aditya

Indian Space Research Organization has announced their latest mission.

This new mission has been named Aditya and it would be launched in 2012.

The cost of the mission would be around Rs 500 million.

ISRO is aiming to send a probe to the Sun.

The aim is to find out more about the solar flares and solar winds.

ISRO chairman G Madhavan Nair announced the mission saying it would help them solve some of the mysteries surrounding the Sun.
