Apple sued for an exploding iPod Touch!
Apple while launching the second generation iPod Touch claimed that it was their funnest iPod ever.
However, the company is now facing a lawsuit related to an exploding iPod Touch.
Apple has been sued by the mother of a 15-year-old boy who claims that the iPod Touch exploded in his pants causing third degree burns.
The lawsuit is seeking in excess of $225,000 in compensatory and punitive damages.
Apple has declined to comment on this latest lawsuit filed against the company.
Exploding mobile and laptop batteries are not that rare but this is the first time ever that someone has reported an exploding iPod Touch.
