Western Digital launches a 2TB external hard drive
Storage solutions provider Western Digital has announced the launch of their latest product.
Western Digital is now offering a 2TB My Book external hard drive.
The company claimed that this is the first product in the market with so much capacity in a single drive system.
WD said that the demand for such storage solutions is increasing in the market and these drives are great for people who need to store large amount of data externally.
Western Digital has made available two editions of this new external drive:
My Book Studio Edition: FireWire 400, FireWire 800, eSATA and USB 2.0
My Book Mac Edition: USB 2.0
These models are priced between $329 and $379.
