Apple set to announce variable music pricing on iTunes?
Market sources report that Apple is finally going to accept the demands of the music labels.
The company is said to be working on launching variable pricing of songs on the Apple iTunes.
Variable pricing would allow the labels to charge more for the hottest and the most popular tracks.
However, this is also likely to benefit some customers as less popular and older tracks would be available at a lesser price.
Apple iTunes made the 99 cent price tag for a song popular. They are now likely to have three price points…
