Microsoft has new ads targeting Apple

Microsoft has finally launched some new advertisements which are aimed at Apple.

The software giant is trying to showcase that Apple customers pay a lot more for the same hardware.

In the end, they end up paying as much as USD 500 just for the Apple Logo.

The advertisement series showcases some real customers who are out to buy a laptop with specific requirements within a specific budget.

One of the ads is this:

It showcases a woman who wants to buy a 17” Laptop within 1000 USD. She ends up picking up an HP. She is given the money for buying the laptop and she is featured in a Microsoft advertisement. Cool concept. Of course, the advertisement ends with the woman saying… I’m a PC!

Update: Just found out that the girl in the video is an actress. She was hired online through Craigslist. Apparently she is smart enough to come up with lines during the ad like: “I’m just not cool enough to be a Mac person.” Not that cool now.
