Research in Motion has sold 50 million Blackberry units
Research In Motion Limited has announced that they have crossed sales of 50 million units of Blackberry smartphones.
The company also posted impressive revenue report for the most recent quarter.
RIM reported record high revenue of US$3.46 billion in the quarter. This is up 84% compared to the same period last year.
RIM managed to ship 7.8 million Blackberry units in the quarter which is also a personal best for the company.
The company added that during this period they added 3.9 million new BlackBerry subscriber accounts.
