Apple has reportedly ordered 3.2 and 5 megapixel camera sensors
Market sources are claiming that Apple has apparently placed an order for 3.2 and 5 megapixel camera sensors.
Apple currently provides a 2 megapixel camera on their iPhone.
They are expected to launch an updated iPhone sometime this year and these camera sensors could be for this new edition iPhone.
Apple has already showcased some of the capabilities of the upcoming firmware update for the iPhone (iPhone 3.0)…
If the next iPhone comes with a 5 megapixel camera, it would silent a lot of critics of this Smartphone model.
However, Apple is more likely to use a 3.2 mp camera in the iPhone for a slight bump in specifications. The 5 megapixel camera could be used on a brand new device!
