Samsung aiming to launch three Android phones this year
Google G1 seems to be the only Android phone available in the market today.
Android should become more popular this year with launches expected from Samsung.
Samsung is expected to launch as many as three devices powered by Android platform in 2009.
HTC also has shown their second Android phone after the G1 which is expected to go on sale this year.
The first phone from Samsung should be available in the market by June this year.
Samsung’s device is however unlikely to be connected as deep to Google as G1 is considering they are likely to integrate it with their own products and services.
Samsung spoke about their products: “Our commitment is more to the Android phone than the Google experience device.”
