Motorola collaborates with Time Warner
US based mobile phone manufacturer Motorola is collaborating with Time Warner.
The companies would now offer multi-room digital video recorder based on the Motorola’s tru2way set-top software.
These devices would be offered under the brand name of Follow Me TV and would be available through Time Warner Cable.
Time Warner Cable has services in 27 states and has 31 operating divisions. With this they would become the first service providers in the country to deploy a multi-room DVR solution in a tru2way environment.
