Intel Jasper Forest processor range announced
US based microprocessor industry giant Intel has announced a new processor range codenamed Jasper Forest.
Intel Jasper Forest series of processors are designed for storage products and embedded applications.
They revealed this latest line of processors at the ongoing Intel Developer Forum in Beijing on Wednesday.
Intel said: “We’ve taken Nehalem… and further optimized it for the embedded market segment.”
The company added that this new range of processors would be made available in a variety of versions including single, dual and quad core processors.
