YouTube Click-to-Buy now in eight more countries

Google has expanded the Click-to-Buy program on its YouTube video sharing service to eight more markets.

YouTube Click-to-Buy program enables a web user to purchase items related to the video he is watching on the service.

It could be the DVD of the movie clip being view or the music video itself which can then be downloaded.

Research has found that a lot of customers tend to purchase songs online after watching a video of the song on the web itself.

Google aims to benefit from this phenomenon by making it easier for the user to make that purchase.

YouTube Click-to-Buy program is now available in Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, and Sweden.
