Time Warner Cable launches unlimited data transfer plan for USD 150 a month!
Time Warner Cable is in news for their fair usage policy that comes with terrible data transfer limits.
The company has now announced that they would offer a broadband plan for USD 150 a month that would have NO download limits!
Time Warner Cable COO Landel Hobbs had said about the introduction of data transfer limits on their plans: “With regard to consumption-based billing, we have determined that as broadband usage and penetration grow, there are increasing differences in the amount of bandwidth our customers consume. Our current pricing plans require all users to pay the same amount, whether they check e-mail once a month or download six movies a day.”
They have also increased the limits on their other plans…
The $25 to $65 per month plans now have 40GB – 60GB limits depending upon the location of the customer. They are also offering a 100GB limit plan for USD 75 a month.
