Toyota Prius could get a price cut due to Honda Insight
Market sources reveal that Toyota is considering cutting the price of their Prius hybrid car due to competition from Honda Insight.
The report said that Toyota is planning to cut the price of Prius by USD 1000.
It still would remain a more expensive purchase with a starting price tag of $21,000. Honda Insight price starts at $19,800.
Prius however gives a better fuel efficiency when compared to Insight.
Toyota is set to reveal the updated pricing in the coming days.
