Far EasTone developing two Google Android phones
Taiwan based mobile service provider Far EasTone has announced that they are working with a local mobile phone manufacturer to develop two smartphones powered with Google Android mobile platform.
One of these would be offered to their customers later this year. The company has been working on these phones for quite some time now and they are aiming to provide customized services to their customers.
The company added that they agree with Google on the fact that Android would become a popular mobile platform this year with several new devices coming out.
Samsung has already announced their first Android Smartphone which is scheduled to launch in June this year.
