Jeff Levick is the new head of AOL online advertising business

AOL has announced the appointment of former Google Inc. executive Jeff Levick as the new head of their global advertising and strategy.

He would also be leading the company’s Platform-A ad business operations.

Things are not looking good for the company as this is the fourth appointment on this position in just over a year.

AOL parent company Time Warner is also expected to spin off this division in the coming months.

Before joining AOL, Levick was the Google’s vice president of industry development and marketing for the Americas region.

He takes over from Gregory Coleman who was previously with Yahoo. Coleman had joined the company in February.
