The device is being offered by AT&T for USD 300 with no commitment.
It can also be purchased for USD 150 with a 2 year long contract.
A USD 50 mail in rebate is available if it is purchased through a prepaid VISA card.
Amazon is incidentally offering this model for $.01 after instant rebates with free shipping for new customers and free activation credit until May 18th.
