Lenovo IdeaPad S12 comes loaded with NVIDIA Ion technology

Lenovo has finally launched their new netbook model IdeaPad S12 which comes loaded with NVIDIA’s Ion technology.

Nvidia has claimed that their Ion platform is capable of running 1080p quality videos even on netbook models.

Lenovo IdeaPad S12 is probably the first netbook model available in the market that can easily handle high definition video broadcasts.

It features a 12.1” display along with HDMI support. Lenovo claims that this model ships with a full size keyboard.

They are planning to sell the basic version of this new model for a retail price of USD 450. The Ion model would be slightly more expensive at USD 500.
