Microsoft Zune HD confirmed!
Microsoft has finally confirmed the much talked about update to their Zune range of portable media players.
The company has confirmed that Zune HD is indeed under development.
Microsoft Zune HD would be a touch screen edition capable of surfing the web in addition to playing high definition video.
Microsoft added that the device would also feature a HD Radio Tuner.
The device would feature a high quality OLED touchscreen. The OS would be based on Windows CE and it would ship with a customized edition of Internet Explorer.
Looks like Microsoft finally has an exciting challenger for the iPod Touch. Let’s hope we would not be required to install antivirus software on the Zune HD.
