Psystar files for bankruptcy protection
Psystar has been making news for taking on Apple by releasing PCs powered with Mac OS X operating system.
The company has now apparently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Florida.
This could mean that the financial backing of the company has discarded it which means Apple could now win their case against them.
It remains to be seen if the courts would make the company reveal their financers who help them respond to the lawsuits filed by the iPod maker.
Psystar is however continuing to offer Mac OS X powered PCs on their website.
