Intel Nehalem EX would go on sale early next year
Microprocessor industry giant Intel has announced that they would start manufacturing the new generation Nehalem EX processor in the second half of the year.
The company said that they would start retailing their Nehalem EX processor range from early next year.
This new processor would become the successor of their Xeon 7400 processor series which is currently priced in the range of $1,100 to $2,700.
Intel said that the new processor would feature several improvements. It would feature eight cores inside a single chip. In addition, each core would be capable of handling two “threads” of software instead of just one.
