Steve Ballmer’s new car: Ford Fusion hybrid
Ford CEO Alan Mulally personally delivered a Ford Fusion hybrid to Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.
A couple of interesting facts about this event.
This model from Ford comes loaded with SYNC technology which was developed by Ford and Microsoft together.
The car delivered to Ballmer was the Ford’s 1 millionth car produced with this Microsoft technology aboard.
Ford and Microsoft had launched this technology in 2007. This system powers a voice-activated entertainment system that connects music players and mobile phones with the computer systems installed on the car.
