AT&T wants to offer Palm Pre in the future
AT&T has been the exclusive seller of the iPhone in the US market for around two years now.
The company is now hoping to get their hands on the Palm Pre smartphone.
Sprint Nextel is currently the only player in the US market who has the permission to sell this phone in USA.
Sprint is scheduled to sell this phone from June 6.
Sprint and Palm both are struggling to compete with the powerful combination of AT&T and Apple.
AT&T Chief Executive Randall Stephenson admitted that Palm has the exclusive rights over the Pre in the US market but they would want to sell the phone someday in the future.
