Mark Cuban not impressed with online video growth
Mark Cuban said during an event that the online video industry growth over the past couple of years has been disappointing.
He is pretty disappointed with how Google is operating YouTube which is undoubtedly the most popular video sharing service in the world.
Cuban said that Google made a mistake by not focusing on monetizing the service immediately after they acquired it.
He said: “This is a company that is literally subsidizing the bandwidth for the world.”
He is however quite impressed with Hulu. He said: “Hulu has done some great things and they are focused on monetization.”
