I just spent about a half hour reading all of these posts. Now, I raelize most of these were posted last year, and many of you may not even visit this site any more, but this is what I have to say:
1. Even a teenager can disprove any of the arguments of global warming not being real on this site. In fact, I hestitate to even call them arguments, they are more just rants.
2. People who have said they ‘like warm weather’ check the difference in definitions of Weather and Climate.
3. In the past thousand years we have been able to discover so much because of how fast humanity has been advancing, scientists are not gods, just really smart people who are EDUCATED. Unlike many of you here.
4. Global warming may not be a MASSIVE problem now, but it is a problem. Stop just worrying about yourself, think of the future generations who will have to deal with the effects of global warming once we are gone. Humanity has a major flaw; selfishness, and it ruins us over and over again.

If any of you actually visit this site anymore, I would LOVE to see what you have to say.

Really? I don’t think it matters on either side, because media can lie, so perhaps everything is neutral? Maybe there are a bunch of mutant toilet monkeys that will kinap us all into the depths of the septic systems! I don’t think i trust the news, or the internet. I’m just goofing off in science. XP

hmmm… this seems interesting. But honestly, not many people care! I will probably be dead by the time this truly is a problem! (16 years) It’s just silly to freak about this, because if global warming is
a) untrue
b) not going to kill us
Then somehing else will, I’m sure! XD Just live life to the fullest, dammit!

So, have you all noticed that after 100 posts, the issue has not been solved, in fact i notice that just as much fossil fuel is being used up. Why do people get so mad when they should realize that griping, saying mean things, and posting on a website won’t make a difference. Ironic as i am posting on this same website. Everyone has some sort of fact, and those facts keep contradicting each other. So why don’t we all admit that we don’t know fully what we’re talking about even when we say we do because we only learned what we wanted to. Personally, i would rather side with the party that say pollution doesnt make that much of a difference, because i know our side has already won. Anyone who fears the end of the world should know, that pollution is never going to stop no matter how many angry posts you make, so if your wrong, you look ig-nant, but if you’re right, you’ll die with the rest of us. If you really want to change the issue, at least post what we can do to change (on and individual level, because the people who own big oil companies don’t spend all day on posting sites) instead of just saying we’re all gonna die and getting angry.

maybe if you wern’t all conservitive aholes you would be more believable. Maybe if you didn’t make stupid comments like “The red states arn’t affected” people would be more likly to read your opinions, i read less hten ten, all said something about liberals being idiots, and that this is stupid. I agree its more likly to be a cycle, slightly affected by us humans, but this “Its not happening” BS is making your entire argument into non-believable, partisan propoganda. Now if more people read non-partisan, unbiased, or even better, LIBERAL (like me) comments about this, citing REAL arguments note simply dissing liberals. Then maybe this argument would be more accepted. Your only causing your own downfall, fools.

I’ve read the arguments on both sides. The warming side has oodles of graphs and evidence showing the heating of land/oceans/air etc. collected in multiple ways, showing levels of CO2 in the last however many 000s of years, how much more they’ve gone up now, the exact correlation between Co2 and temperature, glacial melting etc. The other side tends to be either out of date or just refute a few selected green reports on flaws in their reasoning. I get the point about never blindly trust the establishment scientists, but the reason they’ve been established is they tend to be right.

And the difference between weather forecasting and climate forecasting is like the difference between guessing what the next role of the dice will be and knowing that of the next 6000 there’ll be about 1000 sixes.
