Microsoft Bing is now online!
Microsoft has finally launched Bing for public use.
Bing is the latest branded search engine from Microsoft. It replaces MSN Search and Live Search.
The company had earlier planned to make it available from June 3. But they decided to launch it much earlier.
You can now go to Bing.com to check out what Microsoft has on offer for you as an alternative to Google and Yahoo.
We checked out Bing and were disappointed to see that from the first impression, it just looks like a rebranded Live Search engine.
However, much has changed in the backend and we would keep an eye on Bing to see if it can prove to be a bigger challenger to Google search for us.

it seems like Microsoft should stick with one name for their search engine functionality so that it has a chance to turn into a recognizable brand
