Honda Jazz, Fiat Grande Punto coming out this month

We saw the launch of Maruti Suzuki Ritz last month. This month is going to be no different.

In fact, at least two new brand new cars are coming to the Indian market in the month of June.

Honda is first. They are going to launch their first hatchback in the Indian market. Honda Jazz arrives on June 10.

It is based on the Honda City which is already a massively successful car in India. It would be pretty expensive if we are to believe the market reports. Honda Jazz in India would be powered with the company’s 1.2-litre iVTEC engine.

Fiat would be next with their brand new car Grande Punto. Fiat Grande Punto would arrive in India on June 17.

Fiat India spoke about this new model: “We are upbeat that the Grande Punto will create ripples in the B+ segment, which is growing at a 4 per cent right now. We have an almost 85 per cent localisation in the Grande Punto and this will help us to have a competitive pricing.”
