		<description>I think that more consumers should take time and read the documentation of the products they purchase.  I do not want to sound insensitive but I have the Vonage phone system and it is throughout the packaging as well as in the website when you go in and actually look.  It states that you do not have 911 access until you sign up for it.  In fact I signed up for mine the MOMENT I got everything hooked up.

Everyone these days is always ready to sue when they see some money involved.  It is misfortunate what happened to the family...but had they read the instructions on the phone, their service would have been working.</description>
