NASA launches two probes for the moon!
US space agency NASA is aiming for the moon once again.
NASA has launched two unmanned space probes which would travel to the moon looking for suitable places for astronauts to land in the future.
This is incidentally the first such attempt in almost 10 years for the space agency.
NASA has plans to land a man on the moon once again by 2020.
The space agency said that the probes should be able to reach the moon in around five days.
One of the probes is designed to orbit around the moon for a mapping mission. The other is to crash into the crater at the moon’s South Pole in October.
NASA is also looking for water sources on the surface of the moon through this mission.
