Gun shots fired in Apple Store in Arlington
Reports are coming in that gun shots were fired in the Apple Store located at 2700 Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington.
An employee working at the store was wounded in the incident. The shots were fired during an attempted robbery at the store.
It is not yet clear whether the robbers were after merchandise at the store or just cash.
Police have confirmed that the woman who was shot is now stable and out of danger.
Apple representative Steve Dowling had this to say: “We are shocked by this senseless act of violence and our thoughts are with this co-worker and her family. We’re working with police to catch the person who committed this act.”
