Palm Pre set to arrive in Europe later this year
Palm has announced that their Pre smartphone would be launched in several European markets this year before the start of the crucial holiday season.
The phone would be offered in:
Germany on O2
Ireland on O2
UK on O2
Spain on Moviestar
Market experts believe that Palm would not waste much time in launching Pre in Europe. It could arrive as early as August this year.
However, the market conditions are pretty tough for any mobile phone maker as a lot of exciting new products are available in the market and more are arriving.
Gartner Research Director Carolina Milanesi said: “I think this is going to be the most competitive Christmas that I have seen in the last three years.”
