Financial Times: Apple Tablet launch in September
More rumors in the market connected to the Apple Tablet which may or may not exist!
Financial Times has reported that Apple is working hard to make sure that they are ready to launch such a device in September this year.
The aim is to launch this new product before the start of the holiday season to make the most of it.
The report added that the device would feature a 10” screen. It would be a touchscreen device just like the iPod Touch.
It is unlikely to feature telephony capabilities like the iPhone. It would however use VoIP for making calls.
Wireless connectivity is expected to be similar to the Apple iPod Touch. That means support for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
It might also become a potential challenger to the Amazon Kindle by offering eBook reader functionality.
