Verizon has free wireless internet access for broadband subscribers

US based telecom giant Verizon is now letting some of their home broadband subscribers to get connected to the internet through hotspots available across the country.

This service is not available to customers who are on the cheapest DSL and FiOS Internet plans.

And this free access is only available to users on Windows XP and Vista operating systems as they have to install special software on their machines.

Verizon is providing wireless internet access through a partnership with Boingo Wireless.
