LG to provide Vudu services on some of their television models
LG has announced that they are going to offer Vudu video on demand service on some of their television sets in the future.
The company would practically embed Vudu BX100 set-top box into the televisions. This means that the customers would no longer have to keep a separate box to access the services.
Vudu provides both movies and television shows through their service. Some of this content is available in high definition media and Dolby surround sound.
LG said that the feature would become a part of their Netcast range of television sets. They are already offering similar services on this range in partnership with content providers like Netflix, YouTube, and Yahoo Widgets.
