Acer Aspire Revo PC launched in India
Acer has launched their latest computer model in the Indian market.
The company launched Acer Aspire Revo PC for sale in India.
Acer Aspire Revo PC is the first product in the market to be powered by Nvidia Ion platform which is designed to provide improved graphical performance at low costs.
The system comes loaded with the Nvidia Ion graphics processor capable of handling high definition media.
It comes powered with an Intel Atom 230 processor which keeps the cost low for the end customer.
Acer spoke about this model at the launch event: “The Acer Aspire Revo is a bold new direction for the PC industry. It is a compact, stylish, fully capable PC that uses less energy than conventional solutions and provides a brilliant visual experience for daily digital life, games and even high definition video.”
Nvidia added about their own technology used in this product: “The Nvidia Ion platform is without doubt a disruptive technology that allows small PCs to deliver high performance and the Aspire Revo is testament to this fact. We are extremely excited to be associated with Acer and believe that the PC market will witness a definite shift with this launch. The Aspire Revo clearly demonstrates the power of Nvidia Ion to deliver a full and unique multimedia experience for an amazingly low price. In the near future, we believe that Nvidia Ion along with like-minded partners such as Acer will make affordable high performance computing a reality for all consumers.”
