Google now available in Hawaiian language
Keola Donaghy of the Ka Haka ‘Ula O Ke’elikōlani College of Hawaiian Language has worked on his own to make available Google search engine in the Hawaiian language.
This facility is currently available on the Apple Safari web browser.
He is now working on providing it on other popular web browsers.
Donaghy said that he spent around 100 hours to translate words into the Hawaiian language used on the Google Search engine.
The results are however still in English language.
Donaghy had previously worked on translating the Netscape Web browser in 1997.
