Microsoft Zune HD prices leaked by Amazon?

Amazon might have accidentally leaked the prices of the upcoming Microsoft Zune HD portable media player.

Microsoft Zune HD is designed to take on the Apple iPod Touch media player.

Amazon had a temporary page on their website which listed their prices of this upcoming update to the Zune.

The page listed two models. The 16GB version priced at USD 220 while the 32GB version was priced at USD 290.

This is quite a bargain compared to the current price of the Apple iPod Touch media player.

Incidentally, Apple is also expected to launch the third generation iPod Touch sometime next month. With the updated pricing of the iPhone, analysts believe that the iPod Touch prices are likely to be reduced next month.

Or Apple might just double the capacity of the players to make them more worthy of their higher price tag!
