Nvidia Tegra could soon power mobile devices
Nvidia has revealed that their Tegra processor could soon start appearing in smartphone models around the world.
The processor is already in news as it is being used in the Microsoft Zune HD portable media player which is a big challenger to the Apple iPod Touch.
Nvidia had launched this chip range last year.
The Zune HD player is powerful enough to play high definition media files. It also supports HD Radio.
Nvidia revealed that this processor could soon start appearing in other consumer products like mobile internet devices and netbooks.
Samsung has already announced plans to launch a Tegra powered netbook model in the market.
