Vonage now offering unlimited international calls in cheaper plans
Vonage Holdings has been struggling to survive in the US VoIP market which has become very competitive in the recent times.
The company is trying to expand their customer base with a newly launched package that offers unlimited international calls to more than 60 countries in a new standard plan that costs $25 per month.
This new plan replaces a previous one that offered free calls to just around 6 countries.
Vonage has also removed other plans which were much more expensive and had less features.
The company said that international VoIP call traffic is increasing and they are targeting heavy users with this new plan.
Existing customers would be required to call the company to switch to this new plan to avail the benefits.
