McAfee: Jessica Biel is the most dangerous celebrity
Security software maker McAfee has named Jessica Biel as the most dangerous celebrity online.
The company said in its latest report that the search results for Biel are most likely to point to malicious websites.
The report said that Biel fans searching for content on her have a one-in-five chance of ending up on a bad web page.
The same report last year had named Brad Pitt as the most dangerous celebrity online.
McAfee added in the same report: “Cybercriminals are star watchers, too. They latch onto popular celebrities to encourage the download of malicious software in disguise.”
Other celebrities to feature in the latest list are: Beyonce, Jennifer Aniston, Tom Brady and Jessica Simpson.
