Sirius XM Radio announces XM SkyDock for iPhone and iPod Touch
Sirius XM Radio has announced the launch of their new accessory named XM SkyDock.
This accessory is designed for use with Apple iPod Touch and Apple iPhone.
It enables the user to listen to premium satellite radio programming.
The difference between this hardware product and the software app they have for the iPhone is that this dock would let the users listen to excluded shows like Howard Stern.
This hardware product would retail for USD 120. It would go on sale in the coming weeks.
The company said that the device would get its power from the car’s cigarette adapter. Users would also get the ability to tag the songs they want to purchase at a later stage through Apple iTunes.
