Palm Pre to become cheaper by USD 50?
Market sources are hinting that Palm is expected to announce a temporary price cut on their Pre smartphone to boost sales.
Palm Pre could be offered for as low as USD 150 after a mail-in rebate. This offer could last till the end of next month.
The company currently sells the Pre for USD 199 with a two year long contract.
Palm has yet to comment on these reports. An announcement could come in the next couple of hours.
However, all the highlight would be on Apple which is expected to update their iPod range of portable media players tomorrow.
