Audi e-Tron electric sports car announced
Audi has sprung a surprise by announcing their new electric sports car model codenamed Audi e-Tron.
Audi e-Tron comes loaded with 4500Nm of torque and is capable of doing 0-100kmph in less than 5 seconds!
The company said that they were inspired by technologies used in mobile phones and electric tooth brushes to develop the technology powering this car!
Audi e-Tron was displayed at the Frankfurt motor show.
The company said that this model can be fully charged in around eight hours using domestic power outlets. And it is capable of providing a range of 250 KM.
They are also developing special charging stations that can fully charge the batteries of this car in just around 2.5 hours.
