BlackBerry Tour has a very high return rate
TownHall Investment Research has reported that Research in Motion is facing a massive return rate for their Blackberry Tour smartphone.
The problems are mostly related to the trackball on this smartphone.
The reports online claim that the trackball has to be moved repeatedly to get the cursor in motion.
Some users have even reported that they replaced the device several times but still face the same problem.
David Eller at TownHall Investment Research said in a paper that this smartphone model is being returned by almost half the customers.
Some other users have complained about the sensitivity of the touch screen.
Both Sprint and Verizon Wireless have now stated that the report is false and Tour is doing fine on their networks.
TownHall Investment Research however still are sticking to their stand.
