Honda U3-X personal mobility vehicle showcased
Japanese automaker Honda has showcased a new prototype vehicle.
The company displayed their Honda U3-X personal mobility vehicle.
Honda U3-X is essentially a battery powered unicycle capable of traveling at speeds up to six kilometers per hour.
The rider can turn around by leaning towards the direction he wants to go.
Honda said that they used technologies developed for their humanoid robot project ASIMO in this vehicle.

Honda would display this new model at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show 2009.
The company has not yet decided whether they want to manufacture this model for sale in the market.
