DoubleTwist takes on Apple with a remake of 1984 Ad
The 1984 Apple advertising is considered pretty historic for the company.
That ad was used to present the first Macintosh… The company which was designed to take on the domination of IBM.
Now, Apple is a pretty big player in the PC market and is known for their closed ecosystem.
The developers behind the media app DoubleTwist have taken on the ‘giant’ by launching their own version of the famous ad.
This ad features Steve Jobs lookalike as the dictator and iPod users have been portrayed as the victims.
DoubleTwist is set to launch the new edition of their application next month which promises to help the user break-free from the Apple’s web!
Checkout the ad… It’s pretty cool.
