Apple settles with Eight Mile Style
Apple has settled the lawsuit filed against it by Eight Mile Style.
Eight Mile Style is the music publisher of popular rap artist Eminem.
Eight Mile Style said in a statement that they are satisfied with the settlement.
The company had claimed in the lawsuit that Apple was not authorized to sell their songs on their iTunes digital media store.
Apple had claimed that they were in a deal with Aftermath Records which provided them with the songs to sell.
Aftermath Records is in a collaboration with Eight Mile Style.
The terms of the settlements have not been revealed to the media.
