Time Magazine working on a Hulu like solution for magazines
AllThingsD has reported that Time Magazine has been working on a project that could become the Hulu of magazines.
The company is aiming to launch a digital store of media magazines to revive this struggling industry.
Time Magazine executive John Squires is said to be in charge of this program and he has been working on getting other magazine publishers to join the program.
Customers would get the ability to purchase their choice of magazines from this store and the content would be delivered to the medium of their choice.
This could help them get a better deal with companies like Amazon (Kindle) and Apple (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch).
This new venture could be launched sometime next year.
