Nvidia stops development of NForce chipsets for newer Intel and AMD Processors
PC Perspective has reported that Nvidia has halted development of newer editions of their NForce chipsets for the new generation AMD and Intel processors.
This is mostly due to their licensing problems with the microprocessor industry giant Intel.
Both Intel and Nvidia have filed lawsuits against each other related to licenses.
They are in a tough position now considering AMD has already launched their Radeon HD 5800-series graphic cards which are designed for Windows 7 operating system.
Intel too is working on their own Larrabee platform.
